“The young man that check me in was kind, friendly with all, and was able to explain an issue about my vehicle without calling the technician out. That's the kind of people that makes you leave confidently that you're driving a safe car.”
“The best of the best. I’ve taken my vehicle here for years!!! Moved away , but will be visiting next week to get my tires installed . Rob is the best!!! See you soon!!!!!!”
“The Kittanning PA Valvoline Instant oil change that I went to was a very pleasant experience. Everyone there was professional and kind and friendly. Norm handled the bulk of the job with my oil change. He was very informative and did try to upsell me but was not pushy about it. I appreciate that. I understand the upsell and am glad that he wasn't persistent about it. As I was leaving he thanked me for my service as I was wearing my Desert Storm veteran hat. I also appreciate that. It shows patriotism and pride in American. I will definitely be a lifetime customer at the Kittanning Valvoline Instant oil change shop.
Sincerely,
Robb Griffin”
“Fast and reliable oil changes done here. I just get annoyed they always try to sell you air filters and they sometimes don't put it back right after they show you.”
