“I’ve been here a number of times and they are always super helpful even on very troublesome packages. Very friendly and service is great. Only con is that their hours on google aren’t correct due to worker shortage. I’ve shown up a few times and they were closed during supposed business hours. “I lost my mailbox key. I went to the Lititz Post Office and informed the clerk at counter about my problem. She informed me it will cost $25 to replace lock and issue of new keys. Then, the clerk told me to wait a minute while she contacted the person responsible for changing post office mailing boxes. The clerk came back and said that my box could have a new lock in about 2 hours. I paid the $25 and my lock was replaced in 1 hour. Great service and very friendly staff.”

“01/18/2022The United States Postal Office is a place of communications. Mails, packages, and very secure place. The Office I'm talking about is located in the North side of Reading in 13th St. But there is another one in 5th St and Washington St. However, I also go to the Post Office at Wyomissing in Penn Avenue. There is one more in Sinking Spring near by the McDonald's. The Post Office in 13th St Reading has many services, first able has Security to open the doors and help people with the safes. There are Camaras to take pictures for the American Passport for the Citizenship.My best regards,Proto Jimenez”
