“Koppel storage is a safe environment, excellent set up of units , prices are fair across the board by unit size , they responded quickly to my request of a unit and brought a lock and take cash which is the way I prefer, so if y'all need a safe place to store stuff- it's right here !”

“I recently experienced an extended hospitalization that hindered my ability to pay rent for my storage unit. Unlike many self-storage facility operators, Keith Hoffmeier demonstrated exceptional understanding and professionalism by not disposing of my belongings during this challenging time. Having previously conducted a fair transaction with his father when purchasing a truck, I found my interactions with the Hoffmeier family consistently positive. Their integrity in business practices is commendable, and I highly recommend any Hoffmeier enterprise to others who need reliable services.”

“Jim's is the best. We have been renting storage from him for many years. We vacation in the area every summer, and store our things from year to year. He goes above and beyond in terms of providing service, and is always cheerful and helpful. Cannot recommend him highly enough.”

“Nice small boat club with boat ramp for loading/unloading average size boats. Just a little ways down from the New Brighton damn which many people enjoy the sport of fishing. Having a boat dock makes it convenient fishing. Pics4yinz ~ Roscoe”

“I needed a hitch installed on a quick time line, no one within 50 miles had it in stock. Kelly at the store, not only found it, got it shipped in and installed in a nearly impossible time line. The store kept me in the loop at all times. 10/10, will be going back anytime I need anything related to U-Haul.”
