“I just adore the employees at this location, very friendly, helpful, and sweet! Now, I've never rented a storage unit before so I don't have much to go off of, but I will say, I was very surprised at how clean this place is! I've heard horror stories about rats and bugs at other storage units so I was hesitant about storing my furniture.. but I had no choice! I was actually recommended to this place through my fiancée family who have had nothing but great experiences with them!!! Yay for me and my furniture! Anyways, this review is for the interaction I had today with a very sweet employee! My lovely debit card expires this month....so I had the fun job of figuring out all places my card is hooked up to for automatic payments. Then to top it off, my card had fraud on it! YAY! This isn't a great way to start the new year, but today I actually got a call from an employee to inform me that my card on file needs to be updated (BEFORE IT WAS CHARGED!) ! I truly would never expect this type of customer service from a storage facility, much less... anywhere. This place is amazing on every level, but the employees really make it all that much better! Pleeease take notes companies! THIS is how you treat a customer !”

“Great location no Hills or anything between the shamokin-coal Township area to them I store things here and my neighbors have a big storage space right now been helping them get some things over there so things have been great currently store two trailers it was $55.00 per month for the one trailer and only $20 more for the second one which I'm thinking about selling but not sure yet. Because I don't have one of their actual storage spaces all I did was pay for the first month and sign some paperwork”
