Auto Parts in Kutztown, PA

“Everytime I come here, the one woman that works here is insanely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve come here quite some time before, but have never had quite as a delightful experience before she started. I don’t know her name, but she is the greatest autozone employee I have ever met. :)”

“I am not from this area and had to take one of the company's vehicles in. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The office located in Mohnton will now be using this location for all vehicle servicing. The customer service is top notch and they know good music too :) The vehicle was serviced fast and it was done right! Go here. I cannot say it enough. I will be looking for out Lancaster location next and hope they are of the same quality. If not, I will be driving an hour and a half to take our car there for servicing.”

“I stopped by the Advance Auto Parts in Kutztown, PA, seeking help with my Sprinter van, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Two employees, John and Steven, provided service that went well above and beyond the typical retail experience. They weren't just friendly and knowledgeable—they treated me like a VIP from the moment I walked through the door.
It is clear that when a company invests in its workforce and empowers them to take ownership, the result is a lasting impression and guaranteed repeat business. These individuals are a masterclass in customer service, and they truly deserve recognition for the way they represent the brand.
Kudos to John and Steven for making a complex task look easy and for the top-tier professionalism!”
