“I was In Kutztown for an event at the University. I had packed up my car to go home on a Sunday morning, but my car wouldn't start. When jumping my battery didn't work, the roadside assistance operator suggested getting a new battery. Auto Zone had one and, once I got my car towed there, did a good job installing it. The young man waiting on me made sure I was comfortable and had all I needed before he went out to put my battery in. The cost was reasonable before my rewards discount, but very reasonable after. If I had gotten that battery in Delaware at a dealership, I wouldn't have paid taxes, but it would have cost more.”
