“We were at Graduate degree graduation for my Godson in May 2024. When we got there we realized our memory cards were not in the camera bag. When we inquired at the remote bookstore if they had them. The manager offered to send someone to the bookstore to retrieve them. This was an act beyond expectations. This is uncharacteristic customer service in world we live in today. The manager directed one of her people to do so and within a half hour, she returned with memory cards. Thank you Kutztown University bookstore employees for your help in capturing those memories.”
“It was an awesome experience! Very clean, nice atmosphere and a 5 ☆rating overall even on a cold rainy day in the middle of October... I can't wait to come back and stay longer when the weather is better”
“Love this place. The dogs are well taken care of and the volunteers are great people. Hopefully we get chosen to be dog parents. Also very impressed with the cleanliness of the animals and the property. You guys are angels for what you do. Keep up the wonderful work.”
“This place has been on my radar since it opened, but I never got there until recently. I had my second Yin Yoga class there today, the first included sound healing on a Friday night, today’s was a Sunday morning, with the founder. I am really grateful to finally have gotten here. I am a mental health therapist in private practice locally, and know that this place will be my healing spot to find solace and practice much needed self care. I want more! ? Also, the grounds are gorgeous, even in November, and they made the inside look calm
inviting! I love that they have all of the gear there for their classes (straps, blocks, mats, blankets, bolsters.). AND I cannot wait to eat there some weekend after class. #grateful”
“Part of the Best in Berks tour, it is a place to see. Much bigger than I expected with beautiful art work filling each room. The artists were so helpful and proud of their creations.”
“We used to go to this YMCA a few years ago and the kids loved the area for kids/teens to exercise. Unfortunately now, a lot of the kids area games and trampolines are broken or closed. Hopefully, they get fixed soon!”
“Compassionate care for those who need it the most. Food is distributed based on the number of people/animals per household. There are always frozen meat, fresh produce, snacks, and personal care items available. There was even infant formula on the shelves during my last trip.”
