I don’t usually do this because I am quite understanding how low staffed, and overworked pharmacies are, but these people are just straight rude. I asked for assistance in finding the correct cream, there was 4 people back there, 1 working drive through, 2 on the computer training and 1 lady on the computer by herself, and she couldn’t be bothered to get off her computer and answer me, and had to shout across the floor where to go to get it. There were no other customers in line. There was no one in the drive through. Truly disgusting behavior. The woman who works there needs to be seriously replaced.

Able to purchase the items I was looking to buy and prices were reasonable. Also able to use multiple savings and discounts.

They gave my wife the wrong prescription (wouldn't even let her see it until giving them payment) and then refused to give a refund when she pointed out that it was clearly the wrong prescription. These people are ignorant, unapologetic and rude as they come. Thankfully it was paid on a credit card and we can just reverse the charge... Stay far away from this store!

The Kutztown CVS is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and never fail to ask if you need help. This is my number 1 favorite CVS! Love it!

CVS Corporate bears a lot of blame
for radically understaffing this store. The pharmacy is total BS though. My doctor sent a new prescription, they said it was out of stock and they didn't know when they could get it. 10 days later I called other pharmacies and every one had it or could give me an exact date they could have it in store. I don't know what this store's attitude problem is, but get your meds literally anywhere else. From a raccoon in an alley, seriously, would be more reliable.

I’m officially going to look for someplace else to get prescriptions besides CVS. I feel like I always have issues with them. I went to the one on Tilghman and they said they couldn’t ring me out because they’re registers were down even if I gave them exact cash. So I asked when the registers would be up and they said they didn’t know so I asked them to transfer it to Kutztown. I asked them will it be ready by the time I drive to Kutztown in 20 minutes and they said yes. I tried to call Kutztown and make sure that they knew I was coming, but it would not let me talk to a real person. Then we get to Kutztown and they say that they will try to rush it but they are going on lunch at 1:30. I get a text message that the prescription is ready to be picked up at 1:25 while I’m in the store and I go up and everything is closed down and they are gone for lunch…

The staff is always friendly & always helpful. The pharmacy staff are super nice & despite seeming overwhelmed, they still have smiles on their faces & greet you with happy attitudes.

This store has gone down hill. I have shopped at this store since it opened.Empty shelves and poor displays. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. While the associate was pleasant, not much she could do when even basics are out of stock. CVS used to be a great place to shop. Not any longer!

I was on the phone for 30 mins before someone answered. Prescription was out of stock and the person was telling me a text was sent to let us know when the text said we will be notified when ready not that it was out of stock
