“I’ve been twice in the past year & Joan is the absolute best. I have a very big needle / doctor phobia & she by far gave me the best experience hands down. I highly, highly recommend going here & seeing her if you struggle with any sort of anxiety with getting blood taken. She made me feel so comfortable & at ease, while also respecting my own process that I usually follow of getting blood taken (including listening to music & closing my eyes). 10/10 recommend”

“Lisa from MobiLab2go is amazing! She was able to come drawn blood for us on short notice and did an amazing job! If you’ve had bad experiences with having blood drawn, I can’t recommend Lisa enough, she’s extremely good at finding veins on difficult to stick patients. Will definitely be calling her next time we need blood drawn instead of going into one of the on-site companies.”

“I had made an online appt and on my way to the lab, I got a message that my appt was cancelled. I decided to go anyway. Not to the fault of the employees, they were locked out of the lab and we were told it would be about 30 minutes for someone to arrive with a key. We waited. When the key arrived, the two staff members were VERY quick to get up and operational and help those who were waiting, and I'll also state that it was refreshing to see such cooperation from the patients. Everyone took turns and we were all in and out rather quickly. I just want to give a positive shout out to the staff during my most recent trip. You did great!”

“I have to say we were quite worried as our 9 year old daughter is massively phobic of shots and this was her first blood draw. I know it takes a lot of patience and care to handle someone with a needle phobia; and am ever so grateful Brenda was the blessing we needed! She was a true blessing for us as she was nothing short of understanding, compassionate and patient with our daughter who needed well beyond 30-45 minutes to finally calm enough to have the blood draw done. Thank you Brenda for confirming my faith in humanity for my precious daughter! You made something that was traumatic for my daughter less so, and I cannot thank you enough!”

“My online appointment was scheduled for 9:45. I checked in using the text link on my phone and it was seemless.There were several others in the waiting room who were apparently walk-ins, and the employee would call out, "(name), come back foryour scheduled appointment," so no one could get angry they were being ignored. But scheduled appointments got seen on time.I would definitely recommend scheduling online ahead of time.”
