I know it takes a lot of patience and care to handle someone with a needle phobia; and am ever so grateful Brenda was the blessing we needed! She was a true blessing for us as she was nothing short of understanding, compassionate and patient with our daughter who needed well beyond 30-45 minutes to finally calm enough to have the blood draw done.
