“10/10 experience with Nate Saar. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process - before I bought the car, and even now when I text him with any questions. He texts back within a few minutes and always gets me everything I need. He had a carfax ready for me, and even pointed out any concerns that I might have with the car (it’s pre-owned and he pointed out some small paint chips and scuffs on the wheels). I really appreciated the transparency! He even called my insurance company for me to help with getting my new car set up.”

I had gotten into a small collision that required front grill work- the office was quick to call me back, dealt with the insurances and rental car for me and were very knowledgable, and polite. It's also very clean inside (surprising for a garage!) Tony called me personally when my car was finished to explain everything to me in detail. What I thought was going to take at least 1-2 weeks only took a few days and they did a phenomenal job! My car looks brand new. They are very fair and take care of you the best they can-I definitely recommend.”

“It's amazing to know customer service is still alive and well. I'm a little upset I drove to Keyser ave in Scranton for my tag and title not knowing they do full tag and title.... I did at least get to make an appointment for my inspection and oil change after I was helped well over 15 minutes at no charge sorting out a license plate registration thin that they didn't even have a hand in. Kudos to the culture here. I look forward to ongoing services.”
