“I broke down in my little old jeep compass and these guys really showed up and showed out for me. They don’t necessarily “do” regular cars, but they refused to leave me stranded. They went to Walmart and bought me new tires, came out to the middle of nowhere and put them on my car for me so I could get to my destination. I would have been seriously screwed without their help. They always work with my husband and I's schedule, and they go above and beyond with their service.For example, a day before I was scheduled to get my car inspected, my oil light came on. I didn't want to be rude and add an extra service a day before the appointment when we only scheduled for an inspection, so I was just going to schedule a separate time to get my oil changed. During my inspection, Grumpy called and offered to change my oil. I was so appreciative!!!!I will always recommend Grumpys.”

“I had an excellent Service Experience today at Macintyre in Lock Haven PA. I was having difficulty getting a competent Privately owned car repair shop to FIX the problem I was having with my GM Car. Most of them were guessing WRONG doing repairs that didn't have to be done, and NOT fixing the problem I reported to them. They OVER Charge, didn't ask for approval of an amount$ BEFORE they go ahead and CHARGED ME. So I called Macintyre for an appointment, brought it to their service department. No guess work they determined what the problem was, had the Wheel Bearing It needed in stock, quoted me a FIRM price and installed it.12 month, 12000 mile warranty and charged me LESS than an independent car repair shop that didn't know what they were doing. In the future I will call them when I need service.Great job by their staff and a fair price for the service.”

“My Honda Fit’s ignition coil gave out on the highway while I was traveling to Pittsburgh with my family leaving us stranded in Lamar, PA. A quick DIY fix failed because the spark plug socket threads were damaged.
I knew Justin was the man for the job when he was finishing my sentences about the problem and the potential fixes. Turns out he fixed a Honda not long ago with the same issue and still had all the official tools and a critical spare part to rethread the socket.
Right from the start Justin communicated clearly about his availability and what he was doing to the car. Fortunately he was able to get us in his shop on the same day to repair the car. He got us back on the road and home in time for the kids bedtime.”
