I needed a battery and a few links removed to size. I was only charged for the battery. They sized it for free. I also inquired regarding a necklace that had broke. They offered to not only repair, but examine the integrity of the entire chain. Great customer service and friendly.

Having been there yet!!! I’m giving it a 5 star for now but when I get to visit the store I will see if I highly recommend it..
