“Walked in wearing a t-shirt and shorts and received a warm welcome and friendly service.
They listened to what I was looking for and showed me both the new and estate pieces they had in stock.
Prices were fair and the gemstone quality they offered, was better than some of the other pieces we saw at other retailers. lf we had any questions or wanted more than one opinion, all the staff were happy to help.
Before we left they made sure the pieces were clean.

“This place is a great way to spend an afternoon. We were lucky enough to snag a walk-in spot, but you can also make reservations and book small parties. This would be a great activity for an older kid birthday or a bachelorette party. The whole experience was super affordable and the staff were so helpful. My necklace cost $11 and my friend’s bracelet with freshwater pearls came out to about $15. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I always try to stop by this coin shop whenever I'm driving through Lancaster. Owner and employee I usually see there are both very friendly and I always hear him explaining coins, collecting, and pricing to his customers. Especially kind to kids learning to collect. Great variety to look through and they're always patient with me even though I'm not a big buyer and I take WAY too much time browsing;). Fair pricing buying & selling and everything you could want in a coin shop.

“They fixed my son's graduation ring because I mistakenly sent the wrong size to the manufacturer and we it came didn't fit in his finger. Well we brought the ring to their store and they fixed it in three days. The job done was amazing. You can't notice it was repaired. I recommend them to anyone looking to get a job well done. The customer service also was very good. Thank you guys . I really appreciate your professionalism.”

“JASMIN! She was so INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. I had gone to over 6 different Banter locations to try and find my necklace that had broke. When I explained to her the situation, she immediately sprang to action to try and help me get it, as she could tell how much it meant to me. Because I had the protection plan, I was able to get a replacement but was told I could only replace it if i could find it at a location (which i couldn’t). “We've been here a couple of times, most recently to buy a gift for our grandmother's birthday. The lady at the front was super nice. She showed us how to make something personal and customized in just a few minutes.
Additionally, she brought out crayons for our kids to play with while we were going through the process. It could not have been more pleasant and my grandmother was blown away by the results. Also, the ability to actually draw and have the machine engrave it exactly is a huge bonus. I thought that was super cool and added a really nice touch.
All in all, I can say I'll definitely coming back if we ever need more charms!”
