Even though the store was about to close, Alex offered to stay and make sure my watch was working before he left. I was given lots of time to consider all of my options and I am very pleased with the results. Cost was very reasonable. This was a wedding gift for my daughter so the pic shows her on the wedding day with her dog because at this moment this is one of the few closeup shots I have! “I did not purchase my bracelet/charms at this specific location. I came to get mine cleaned and polished. Lady came over and asked what I needed and handed her my bracelet. Since mine was very tarnished, she asked to give her some time to get it cleaned. So I walked around the mall for a bit and when I returned, my bracelet was back in it's glory. No fuss, free service, and friendly staff! Thank you!***Also, if you're debating on purchasing a bracelet because it's pricey, it's really not that bad. You don't have to fill up the bracelet all at once. I highly recommend buying the bracelet during sale/promotion (usually mother's day or christmas). Then buy the charms over time. I purchased one charm when I was in London, one in Paris, the guitar/note from Tennessee, clam shell from North Carolina, one was gifted when I had a baby and so on.It's not your typical tennis bracelet. You're wearing cherished moments with you. It's a solid, well made jewelry that can be worn for a really long time.”
