The guys in the store were so friendly, helpful, and cheerful, even though they had to come out in the rain to test the battery, install the new one, and they even tested my charging system to make sure it would all work OK. They checked the warranty on my old battery and talked me through the process. They were incredibly welcoming, supportive, and their attitudes were refreshing!”

“I went in to have my battery, starter, & alternator checked. The gentleman who was going to check it was an older man - he was super kind. The only thing that I didn’t like was that he only checked my battery, bc it tested good. My battery was overcharged, not by much but I wanted to have everything checked. He didn’t want to check anything else bc of the battery test & was explaining to me how it works (I have plenty knowledge on cars) so I didn’t like that. He was quick to wrap it up & go back inside without listening to what I had to say. What I wanted was kinda disregarded at the end of my trip there.”
