“John and his team at Finish Line did not charge me at all for some buffing work on my car that did not require a lot of time. He could have quoted me a lot (like other places did), but instead chose to be honest- and kind- and said that it was not a significant amount of work. John instead just asked when I could bring it by.
The shop may not look fancy because Finish Line is interested in putting their time and money into you and your vehicle and not the superficial stuff! While they were working on my car several team members also checked on me to make sure I was being helped. Excellent customer service and honest work! Thank you! These guys will not waste your time and hard earned $$$!”

“Have not had the best experience with AutoZone in general, in the past. But, I had a positive experience here. I was 8 hours away from home and had a headlight burn out just as I got in town. The day before I was leaving I stopped by another nearby parts store to get a headlight bulb put in on a 4Runner, and was told “unfortunately, we don’t do that”. News to me! I work in the auto industry and deal with all the parts stores on a daily basis back home, and I’ve never heard that. The young man that sold me the headlight bulb, walked outside with me and popped it in real quick. It was greatly appreciated!!!”
“I've been here a bunch of times guys are always helpful I've been going here for 20 years and I have no interest in changing it anytime soon and I also want to throw this out there to stand up for my guys the guy who left the one-star review imagine that you ordered a part you're admitting at the part you bought was cheap can you buy that same cheap part in another place expecting a different result and then try to bring it back and expect them to take it back that's not going to happen that's the fault of this guy not advanced Auto parts say goodbye by a cheap pair of shoes at Walmart wear them stuff them up and then bring them back they're not going to take it it's common sense”

“Wow, could not ask for anymore. I had a 53 year old French starter that was basically destroyed. The boys at Lancaster starter stripped it down, did a full rebuild, and charged me a very reasonable price. They saved me a ton of money and aggravation. I shipped the starter UPS and it was back to me, ready to use, in less than 10 days. Amazing! highly recommend.”
