“The only people that would know there was a dent would be them and myself, the best body work on dents out there. So amazingly professional, a true artist in the craft!”

“Incredible experience with 2 cars that needed body work and paint. Work was flawless and pricing very fair. Easy to deal with and great communication throughout the entire process. They even made sure my sports car was stored away from the elements and they cared for it like I would have. If you need professional work on your vehicles, give these people a call. So happy with the entire job from start to finish.”

“We’ve recommended M&R to our friends and family because we love the people, service, and ease of scheduling. This is our first time working with Meredith and the body shop. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are to work with. After I was in an accident, she found doors to replace damaged ones and saved the car from being deemed a total loss. Our used old Mercedes GLK looks the best it’s ever looked! Can’t recommend M&R enough!”

“Embarrassed to say I'm a repeat customer, but I've had the pleasure of working with Travis and the guys at Mike's Body Shop twice now. Travis handled all communication with my insurance and sent regular updates throughout the entire repair process. An unbelievably kind, professional, and efficient team that had my car looking brand new again in almost no time at all.”

“From my first call, through auto body coordination and replacing both my windshields, process was seamless and carefree. Jeremy and Alan took care of everything for me. I only had to make the calls. 10/10 service and my windshields look amazing. I have had my windshield repaired before and the process was not as pleasant. Thanks SAFELITE!!”

“Very grateful for this dealership. Although they couldn't get my deal done today but I got to say Ethan and the sales manager worked very hard and tried everything possible to assist me with getting a new vehicle. I will be back in the near future . Any other dealership would be a huge mistake on my part . Chapman Ford is the only place to go !!!!”

“This was my first time working with Chapman Ford of Lancaster and my experience was top notch! Dashawn Martinez was a pleasure to work with. I am very transparent and upfront with my needs in the search for a vehicle and Dashawn was able to recognize my needs and worked with me every step of the way. I live an hour away from this dealership and plan to continue to do business with them because the hour drive is worth the experience to me. Dashawn never made me feel pressured about anything and was very accommodating. Also I think the Finance Manager Mike Mumma deserves a shout out as well. Typically I dislike dealing with Finance Managers because of the overselling and pressure felt when completing the deal but Mike Mumma was also a pleasure to work with. He was personable and friendly, which made the final experience perfect. There was no pressure from him. He and Dashawn ensured that they had everything needed so that I could sign all of the paperwork as quickly as possible. I appreciate them and this dealership for making the numbers work for me to ride out in my 2019 Ford Edge. I highly recommend Chapman Ford of Lancaster if you are in the process of purchasing a vehicle.”
