“We had the best experience, from the great customer service to the awesome 12 passenger van for a 10 day family vacation. We drove from Maryland for the rental and it was well worth the drive. They went over everything with the van and I knew exactly how much I was going to pay. No hidden fees, no worries. We will returning to Leoloa Auto & Van for our next rental.”

“Attempted to rent a car from this location. Had called ahead and spoke with an agent over the phone, who assured me I was fully prepared. However, additional items were asked of me upon arrival that I was not told about in advance. In the end, I was not served and had to cancel my important plans that relied upon needing the rental. Disappointed. It was very frustrating, but I only blame myself for not researching & planning further.
