I wish there were negative stars. This pharmacy has the must rude, obnoxious, unhelpful pharmacists. It is unfortunate that they are the only 24hr pharmacy in the area. I would rather suffer through the night than to deal with that staff... We're talking years of terrible staff too. Avoid if at all possible.

Pharmacist or Pharmacist assistance made me feel like crap. I thought that something I was getting was covered by the FSA program I was under. I was wrong and she made me feel like crap. I didn't like it when she was making a commentary to her co-workers while I was sitting there trying to get the funding for the medication.

Drive through is always closed and medications are frequently out of stock. They will send you to another location without checking that they have it.

It is a 50/50 chance you will be rudely treated at this CVS location. I left Philadelphia to get away from poor service delivered by surly employees. If you want the Philly experience, shop here.

Latest fails: my pain management doctor electronically sends my scripts in this past Monday - I call to see why my app is showing only 2 of the 3 scripts - and am told - "its too early to refill that one anyway" Well I have to call and confirm everytime - because there is ALWAYS a problem at this CVS. I'm having another open spinal surgery soon and dont have anyone to pick it up - so I need to do in advance - and they say "they never received it" - yet they received 2 of the 3? So how the heck does that make sense? My doc received a confirmation from CVS...yet they insist they never received the third one. OK - let's move on, so one of them they received they are "out of stock it will take a few days." The script went through 7 days ago - I call pharmacy yesterday - they tell me it's going to be another 7 days. So - did you forget to order it? Are you deliberately not filling it? I'm not taking these meds for fun - I broke my back, and have more surgery to fix everything. Yet -they seem to play GOD over delivering my meds.

Around approximately 12:00 a.m. October 21, 2024, I have been calling to speak to the pharmacist, because they may have given me the wrong medication, the issue is time sensitive, as I need to take the medication immediately, but first need to make sure that it's correct, but the pharmacist refuses to take my call, I've called multiple times, one time he actually answered the phone, but did not give me a chance to even say a word, and he put me on hold, and never came back to the phone to answer my question. This is highly unprofessional, and disrespectful, and more importantly, it is dangerous, if I'm calling in to find out if I was given the wrong medication by accident, this is urgent, and also something that takes no more than a minute or two on the phone, the pharmacist on duty at this time should really be disciplined, this is unacceptable. I recommend people find a different pharmacy if possible.

I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with this CVS location. As someone who works with healthcare providers, I rely on effective communication for patient medications. Unfortunately, every time we call to request prescriptions, we’re told that we never contacted them.
Today, our office conducted a test with the office manager involved to demonstrate that we had indeed called this pharmacy previously, only to find that CVS dropped the ball. I called in for a medication for a patient and waited about an hour with the patient in our office. When I called again for an update, the same pharmacist claimed that no one from our office had ever called for this medication.
We only did this to prove to our patient that we had made the necessary calls, yet the pharmacy continues to insist that we never contacted them. This miscommunication not only reflects poorly on our office but also leaves our patients feeling neglected and frustrated. We are committed to providing the best care possible, but the lack of accountability from this pharmacy is unacceptable. I hope they can improve their service and communication in the future.

This is the only CVS in Lancaster that is open 24 hours. The young lady who checked me out on my visit was very nice and helpful. On the downside of things the aisles are extremely small to be able to maneuver a cart through. They also didnt have certain things I was looking for. The shelves and aisles would do better with some renovation. Updated signs would be helpful in finding the correct product. The wording is a bit small to read without glasses.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me but it won't let me anyway I get there this morning only for them not to sell otc allergy meds because of some weird excuse about there system not letting them sell it or whatever even though so 1 star for wasting my gas and time because I need the meds but cvs is only pharmacy that's open late in my town but they couldn't be more useless than tonight...

WORST WORST PHARMACIST TO DEAL WITH SHE WILL NOT HELP AT ALL!! Do not use this pharmacy. No customer service skills.. GO TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU they have many complaints. Class action suit should be filed.

Awful service. With all the CVS pharmacies they don't even answer the phone anymore, They had the script since Friday, then says 4 days later they cannot fill it. Cannot refer another pharmacy, cannot transfer it over, and cannot tell me what other pharmacy carries it. I changed to another company today for all medications.
Hope HQ reads this and does something about it, I see other reviews are the same.

I think there needs to be a grading system just for CVS, that way every single one doesn’t have to be one star. So maybe the ones that don’t suck quite as bad can get three stars but this isn’t one of those places so they get 1.
