Ordered online... My order arrived, but no one told me it was ready. I called at 3:30 pm and I was told that although my order arrived at 10:30 am, the person who handled orders left at 3 pm. I told the person on the phone that it wasn't my problem... A manager found my order, and I was able to pick it up. Not great service.

Not a lot of variation. And the prices are outrageous.

Not the best experience. Workers really were slow and lacking energy. Got my shoes but felt service was rock bottom. Do better
