The staff was friendly and asked if we needed help right away when we came in. The store was neat and clean and it was very easy to find what we were looking for. There were a few options within our price range of what we were interested in purchasing, but ultimately we did not make a purchase. This is classic in its category.

Ordered online... My order arrived, but no one told me it was ready. I called at 3:30 pm and I was told that although my order arrived at 10:30 am, the person who handled orders left at 3 pm. I told the person on the phone that it wasn't my problem... A manager found my order, and I was able to pick it up. Not great service.

Not a lot of variation. And the prices are outrageous.
