βI needed to buy new shoes because I had a foot injury and needed to wear shoes with more arch support. Odette was very helpful in showing me a variety of shoes that fit well and provided the arch support that I needed. Without her help, I would have been roaming the store and not finding the correct shoes. Thank you!β
βHave an upcoming funeral to attend and came to DXL to get an entire outfit suit jacket, slacks, shirt tie belt socks and shoes. The manager set me up and even took the time to steam my shirt - love this store will definitely be back for moreβ

βOmg! One of my favorite stores, I was able to purchase luggage for my upcoming trip along with a beautiful dress. The store associate was such a delight, she was so helpful. Great customer service is always appreciated with the amazing sale prices.β

βGreat place to shop. Has most of all the brand names you would usually find at these Outlet centers. My favorites were Pottery Barn outlet, West Elm, Eddie Bauer, North Face, Underground Armour, Old Navy, and Nike. Best of all no tax on anything considered "essential".β
βWe had an amazing experience at Merrell. My wife was looking for a specific type sandals for a trip we're taking in a few weeks. The sales lady that assisted my wife was absolutely amazing! She brought several styles and colors for my wife to try. She listened to the feedback my wife gave and adjusted as such. We went in to get my wife a pair and we both left with a pair because thry had a sale of buy 1 get 1 50% off. If you are looking for great shoes and great service, I highly recommend Merrell in Lancaster, PA.β

βHave good shoes in there, but only 1 employee not much room for multiple customers. With two it's easy, but if more than two go well. The staff was great, but you need to update your equipment not completely comfortable giving my CVV code on my card when I am purchasing item's. Not out loud.β
βThis used to be my shoe store, but they no longer carry my size in store and styles are very limited also.
Today they were very helpful finding the right fit for my wife's new work boots.β
βI visited this store in July 2023 and bought a few things (2 Big Idea Designs pens and a Welsh Mtn Co. Leather pipe/pen role). I was very impressed with their inventory and personable staff (he may have been the owner or at least manager). Skipping ahead to June 2024, I placed an online order for 2 Walsh Mtn. Co leather journal covers. Again, I was very impressed with the ordering process and how quickly I received my shipment. I'm not sure when (or if) I'll return to Lancaster, but I will continue to be an online customer. Ellicott & Co carries a thoughtfully curated array of products that are often unique and always high quality.β
βI came here looking for some active wear and after seeing the prices online I was very pleasantly surprised. They had amazing sales, some items as much as 50% off. I don't know if they run sales this good year round, but considering that they're a factory store I have to assume they have some form of discount off the full priced items you'd find online. This is definitely one of those times I'd recommend skipping online shopping and going in person.β
βI was very satisfied with this shoe store. It offered a large selection. We ended up getting three pairs of shoes at $40 each. Including a pair of Nike basketball shoes.β

βI used to wear easy Spirit travel times but they do not make them wide enough anymore. I needed a new everyday shoe and a friend brought me here. I love that I can find women's 6W and that I have 2 months to wear them around inside my house to make sure they will work before returning if they don't. βOn Friday, 4/4/25, I stopped in and while I didn't specifically have any idea what I wanted, I was looking for clothes to help me look pretty and professional. As I entered the store, I was greeted by Tallene who informed me she is a stylist and proceeded to help me put together outfits that were exactly what I needed in style and fit. What Tallene doesn't realize is not only did she help my wardrobe, but she helped my confidence, too. Her caring nature and patience were the cherry on top of her styling abilities. Yes, the store can be a bit pricey (don't miss their clearance section though!), but it was worth every minute and penny I spent there.β
βThey usually have good deals on shoes that you least expect. Crocs are over priced but we have been programmed to pay more for name brands. The staff is usually friendly to point you in the right direction just wish they would be more hands on with getting you the right shoe and the proper fit. It is a plus they add the coupons on without having to ask.β
βThey had a sale when I was there buy 1 pair of shoes and get the 2nd pair for 50% off, they had an amazing selection of sneakers, they were hopping busy but all the employees handled the customers with respect and were very helpful. I got my 2 pair of sneakers and was out in less than 10 minutes at the register. When I need to get sneakers again I'll definitely go back to this storeβ

βOnly got the chance to visit once but had a great experience. Store had a great selection and staff. I was only in town visiting and although I didnβt get a chance to purchase I did get a chance to sell. It happened to be a release date at footlocker so I purchased the latest 4s and heat check cashed me out quick nβ easy. I will definitely be back the next time Iβm in PA!β
