“First time at this place and knew what I was looking for. Hoka Mens Clifton 10 & Bondi 9. Bought a pair of each. My wife never had a pair of Hoka...but I have have plenty and always promoted her to get a pair and your own them the rest of your life in multiple pairs. Her sister was with us and she never had a pair either and she got a pair too. They both were very pleased! and me as well on the fantastic service upon walking in to leaving. AVA the sales person was very nice, plesent, knew her trade! and explained in depth the different styles and purposes of each shoe we all looked at and she made multiple trips to get them and show us and we were very pleased with her demeanor and thank you AVA.”

Lebanon store didn't have what i wanted in my size, so I went to Lancaster store. I was amazed how much bigger that store is. They had what i needed.”
“Went into the store after purchasing shoes the week prior which gave me a blister on one foot. Eddie Burns, the store manager, was extremely helpful and worked with me to find a pair that would suit my needs and hopefully avoid the blister problem. Super personable and friendly person. I hope he sees this!

“I came here looking for some active wear and after seeing the prices online I was very pleasantly surprised. They had amazing sales, some items as much as 50% off. I don't know if they run sales this good year round, but considering that they're a factory store I have to assume they have some form of discount off the full priced items you'd find online. This is definitely one of those times I'd recommend skipping online shopping and going in person.”

“On Friday, 4/4/25, I stopped in and while I didn't specifically have any idea what I wanted, I was looking for clothes to help me look pretty and professional. As I entered the store, I was greeted by Tallene who informed me she is a stylist and proceeded to help me put together outfits that were exactly what I needed in style and fit. What Tallene doesn't realize is not only did she help my wardrobe, but she helped my confidence, too. Her caring nature and patience were the cherry on top of her styling abilities. Yes, the store can be a bit pricey (don't miss their clearance section though!), but it was worth every minute and penny I spent there.”

“I can't rave enough about how helpful the management and staff are at this location! Sean and Bri were extremely helpful and attentive from the moment I walked in. Sean helped me find my correct Sizing, as well as several styles to choose from! I went in unsure of what I needed and left satisfied! They're extremely good at multitasking and helping multiple customers at once! There's no pressure to make a purchase which made me want to support their business THAT much more! Sean is especially knowledgeable about proper sizing, various styles in different brands and specific needs such as arch support, width and style.

“They usually have good deals on shoes that you least expect. Crocs are over priced but we have been programmed to pay more for name brands. The staff is usually friendly to point you in the right direction just wish they would be more hands on with getting you the right shoe and the proper fit. It is a plus they add the coupons on without having to ask.”
