Apparently they didn't have money to cash a check so they said I need to bring my SS card. I went home and brought it, and then the teller called his helper who just simply made me a BS story of why they couldn't cash it. I went to downtown Fulton where they gave me fast and prompt service and cashed it no problem.

What is so wrong with this location!!!!? I'm standing in a line to the door, have been for 20min. 1 teller is with THE SAME person, the other teller is gone. No one speaks english. Nobody cares. It's bizarre. Fulton bank, this branch is horrible!!!!!!!

Usually I HATE going to this bank! The ATM like never works and the employees are nothing great! BUT there has been this new women working there and she is soo nice and friendly and super fast at her job! This review is for Samantha she is the only reason i still go to Fulton! Shes absolutely amazing!😊
