I walked in wasn’t greeted then had to stand there for a few moments just to be told to wait. Which is fine but there was no interest in helping me with anything. I felt like I was a nuisance and I didn’t feel welcome. I hope the staff looks this over. And puts a little more interest in their customers.

An honest review of this GameStop location: As with most GameStop locations, the employees appear underpaid, or unenthused about the job. I’ve gone into the store, and while friendly, the employees seem to constantly want to pressure you into buying items or add-ons you do not need. The worst part is the customer service however. I’ve placed online orders for store pick-up, only to have the orders cancelled for “in-stock” items. Whether it’s a glitch in the system or inattentive employees, I do not know, but I would highly recommend shopping at one of the other GameStops in Lancaster. You will save yourself the stress.

Ryan was extremely rude and unprofessional to every customer that was in the store. He became exasperated at the simple tasks he was asked to do by patrons, and through his coworkers under the bus for how he was acting.

Nick was very rude cashier when answering basic questions, not to mention with both earbuds in. I can see now why this company is in decline

Every time I place a pick up order at this location it gets cancelled with no explanation. Not sure why this store is the only one to consistently do that. Save yourself the hassle and just order from Amazon.

Ryan was very unprofessional. He Gave me a set price and then after I signed papers and totally dropped the price by more then half of what I was expecting because of a smudge on a controller. He later apologized but didn’t fix the issue. Horrible customer service

Worst pre-sale experience EVER. Had to come in three times to get the pre-sale and then a ticket to get into the pre-sale and then was told they would be open for one hour from 11pm to 12 midnight. Arrive at 11pm and told we have to wait until midnight now. Ridiculous.

Been looking for small toddler controller for my son for a while now. Popped on in and they had the Nano Controller. Bought it and made me happy. My son now can play his ABCs, Matching, colors, numbers, shapes, phonics, and more now on his own on the Xbox. Him and I also got to play Forza and The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles together. Made me happy dad. Next up Lego Star Wars. Thanks again for having the item and great service.

I’ve hated y’all since I was $10. And now I finally have a way to say it where someone who matters at GameStop might see it. They offered me $20 for my Xbox because my controllers were acceptable to they’re standards. Textbook GameStop, as we all know. Luckily, I had just moved to another state, and in this state, unlike Virginia, there’s alternatives to GameStop. So I went to an alternative electronic and gaming store and they offered me $87 and took everything that I had to sell. I hope GameStop’s company goes under. Their tyranny has gone on for too long.
