I got a PlayStation 5 in a day later I couldn't get any of the games to work so I took it back and they were going to give me a new one no question asked just to come find out that I put the game on upside down and that's why it wasn't working they were going to give me a new one that's why I keep them for five star

Great modern game selection and just okay staff. Just wish they had a better, consistent retro section for vintage games, cartridges and classic consoles in-store. Expand the retro love to this location!

I came in 4/21 to trade in my Xbox series X and Tori and Kiana could not have been more helpful and sweet. You just don’t find a lot of retail employees that are cool and down to have fun conversations with anymore! These two are great. I will definitely be back ❤
