Very helpful and informative. Helped me replace my game controller that was under an additional warranty to the basic warranty. Anyways worth the money, since the controller wasn’t in stock and wasn’t any where close, they were able to ship it to my house free, which only took maybe four or five days. Satisfied.

Awesome experience last time I went, Alexis who was there , had helped me out at the counter, recommended me the best prices for ps5 and she was very detailed. She was very thoughtful and really made sure I KNEW what I was getting, noticed she was moving around a lot helping other customers etc.
