She also helped me find an amazing mattress that will work great with me having a young kiddo who loves to jump on my bed🫠 She was also super nice and made the whole process easy and stress free especially when buying a mattress can be a big deal and a huge expense! “I had to do a comfort exchange and spoke with Joanne. She went over and above to explain the process which we did not get when we bought the initial one. Beware, in order to do comfort exchange, you have to buy THEIR mattress protector in order to do it. It is on the paperwork but was not discussed on initial purchase. I had bought 2 before buying because I knew we definitely were buying a new mattress. In order to do the exchange, we had to buy one. Joanne was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was a great help!!”

He answered all of my questions. He also showed me other types of furniture that I was particularly interested in. He was very attentive and polite. It was a great experience shopping at this store.”
