“I was visiting the area during the first week of June 2026. When I unpacked my CPAP machine, I realized I had failed to pack a vital cord. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep very well the first night in the hotel. The next morning, I called Respitech Medical Clinical Services. After speaking with a very professional young lady, we decided I should bring my CPAP in and see if they could help me get the cord I was missing. God really used these people to Bless me! “Only place that had a shoulder immobilizer same day that would bill insurance. The girl at the Lancaster office was so helpful and gave me all the information on how it needs to be ordered and what information they need for the insurance to cover it... So I was able to have that submitted all at the same time and pick it up same day. Also was very patient with me because originally another medical equipment company was involved, but glad Superior ended up filling my order. The girl also fitted me right there in the office with the brace which is not something you get if you buy it over the counter, and possibly wouldn't have happened if delivered by another DME company”
