Went yesterday to try to buy iPhone 11 and was told that I had to buy a case, a screen protector, and a charger or some other accessories if I wanted to purchase the iPhone 11 I called corporate and just got off the phone with them and they said that is not in their policy they should never did that. So if this happens to you let them know corporate said that is not right for them to do that and that is not a part of the policy and call 611 or metro by T-Mobile and speak to a representative. They will also let you know and let them know that you can leave with that phone Without it being protected and also it doesn’t have to have insurance on your plan. If you don’t want it, that’s just them trying to get more money out of you.

The woman at the Lincoln Hwy store is very rude and very disrespectful. I went to S. Duke and the woman there was very delightful and very professional. I will drive out of my way to go to the S. Duke st store everytime to be treated as a valued customer. The store on Lincoln Hwy will never again get a dollar from me or my family.

The Employee Brian Is A Liar!He REFUSED To Let Me Buy The IPhone 11 Unless I Bought The Screen Protector And Case. He Said It Was Policy. I Told Him I Knew It Wasnt And I Just Wanted My Phone. He Refused To Sell Me The Phone So I Went Outside And Called The Metro People. After Asking Customer Service If That Was A Real Policy They Said No. After Telling Brian That Metro Said That Wasnt A Policy, He Told Me They’d Have To Call His Manager. I Told Him I Could Call Them Back And He Said He Wasnt Going To Talk To Them. I Asked Him Why He Was Actin Like Such A Weirdo And He Told Me To Get Out. I Was In My Car When My Fiance Pulled Up. She Walked Inside Without Talking To Me And Asked For The IPhone 11. He ALSO Told Her She Had To Buy The Screen Protector And Case. After A Little Back And Forth He Pointed Out The Window At Me And Told Her That He Tried To Tell Me The Same Thing And I Snapped On Him. So Not Only Is He Lying And Ripping Customers Off, He’s Talking About Other Customers To Customers. My Fiance Bought The Screen Protector And Case Just So She Could Get The Phone. I Was Going To Return Them Tomorrow, However He Said It’s New Policy That The Phone Not Leave The Store Without The Screen Protector On. My Fiance Said We Already Bought A Screen Protector But He Refused To Listen And Put It On Anyway. He Was Trying To Make Sure We Couldnt Return It. I Called Back. To Customer Service After Leave And They Assured Me This Was NOT A REAL POLICY. They Also Told Me They Would Send An Email To The Store So Tomorrow I Can Go And Get A Refund. Do NOT Let This Man Add His Own Accessories Stating That Its Policy. He Is A Liar And I Hope He Gets Fired. This Is Ridiculous That He Scammed So Many People. He Claimed The Manager Told Him To Do This Which I Also Passed Onto Customer Service. I Hope I Never See Brian At This Store Again. Your A Horrible Person. He Charged Me $56 For A Screen Protector And Case I Didnt Ask For. I Will Be Getting A Refund.

Untrained... unprofessional...rude employees... communication is horrible and the managers don't ever know what's going on with the stores...I wouldn't recommend going here...Manor shopping center metro is very helpful didn't give me any trouble on ordering my new phone

Went to MetroPC at 1785 Columbia Ave in Lancaster, Pa. about several problems with both Yelp on my phone and tablet. The 3rd and 4th time today, yesterday the 2nd and Wednesday, the 1st. That's just this week alone. Averaged 2 -3 Hours each time.Manager Jamie is WONDERFUL and KNOWLEGEABLE. Today I had to deal with Cindy, a REAL P.O.S. She took 2 people today that came in AFTER me. Then claims they were there first. When I opened my mouth to the other customers and P.O.S. Cindy, she started yelling at me. HEY B***** I AM THE CUSTOMER #1 TALK TO YOUR MOTHER AND SPERM DONOR LIKE THAT ! I WILL NOT TOLERATE THAT FROM ANYONE ! IT TOOK 4 TRIPS from 19 miles away, EACH WAY. HEY, YOU P.O.S. You should PAY me for all the time I WASTED at MetroPC. Then this P.O.S. says she's looking for a car, so in between my 2 trips today,I went to a few Toyota and Honda dealers to see if they could help the P.O.S. Tge Salesman asked my name so I could make $50 if the P.O.S. actually buys a car. I told the salesman and the P.O.S. All I want is for the ( BEFORE she turned into a P.O.S. ) to get a GOOD deal. I had bought cars from BOTH dealers before. So before you go to THIS particular MetroPC, I would SUGGEST you go ELSEWHERE unless you can talk with Jamie. Even 1 star is TOO MANY. B.T.W. This P.O.S. OVERCHARGED me $18.

The ladies at the columbia avenue location were great! Smiles and great customer service the entire time! Amanda helped my husband switch over to metro pcs at ease and helped him get everything transferred over from old phone to new phone. Thank you Amanda and Cynthia ?
