Noel Dorwart Park offers a wonderful play area for kids, featuring a wooden playground with a zip line, swings, and climbing web. The park is perfect for families, with well-maintained trails that are ideal for walking and enjoying nature. It provides a nice escape into nature close to the city, with options for both short and longer trails that are flat and easy. The park is dog-friendly, allowing leashed dogs, and has plenty of parking available. Bird watching is a highlight, especially during migration season. Visitors can also find a port-a-potty on-site for convenience.
We love be able to use the dog play area. Our dog loves that we can really launch her ball when playing fetch! It's not fenced in, so dogs with a solid recall would be required. The trails are nicely maintained.

It has all brand new equipment for playground. My daughters and I absolutely love what they have done with it.
