“The most amazing indoor playground! The staff was so kind and welcoming, we are here visiting for the weekend and we are so happy we found this place along the way! A great way for my children to be able to play and use their imagination. Very clean and well organized, great for babies too! I even enjoyed it myself :) we will definitely be back!”

“Riverdale Manor is the perfect indoor and outdoor wedding venue. The second my husband and I walked into the ballroom we both looked at each other and knew this was the one for us. From the ballroom to the wonderful pavilion with the twinkle lights and hearing the water with all the trees. We had the honor working with Madison who was also our wedding coordinator the day of. I could not thank her enough for our wedding running so smoothly. Madison is very personable and made sure I didn’t lift a finger the day of the wedding, all I had to do was enjoy myself the day of. I could not recommend a better venue and phenomenal wedding coordinator. Our guests loved the outdoor area and we had so many people come up to us and say how beautiful the venue truly is. We also want to take a moment to shout our Madison one last time for sending home the most beautiful ornament that will go on our tree every year. Thank you so much!”
“We hosted my son's Rehearsal Dinner here. It was a wonderful option. It was a beautiful cozy place and even with almost 80 people, we did not feel crowded. There was ample space for the buffet food, and they had an overhead projector and sound system that allowed us to play a video for the couple and for folks to give tributes. The staff was incredibly gracious throughout the whole experience. They communicated very well with us along the way from reservation to event, and made sure everything was ready to go when we walked in. I definitely would recommend them for your next event. They went over and above are expectations. Thank you to everyone at Reology for making our event very special.”
“Great little museum. It’s one floor with lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. We went on a Saturday, so I was surprised to see that all three activity centers (ie. spark labs, arts and crafts…etc) were closed and there were no science talks or presentations scheduled. We all still had a good time but our usual full day at the science center ended up being a half day since there is is also no cafeteria. Eat before you go! We found a.fantastic African restaurant about a 7 minute walk, food was delicious and would highly recommend it if you are in area!”
“We recently hosted an anniversary party at this location. It was lovely and exactly what we needed. Taylor (the owner) was more than helpful answering the seemingly endless questions we had. The price was totally reasonable and the space is perfect for smaller parties. We had about 45 comfortably. The kitchen is just perfect. Clean up was simple and hassle free. I hope to be able to use this space again in the future.”
“We were greeted at the front desk by a knowledgeable man who explained the place, gave us a map and explained the tour. He started the educational video for us. We were guided by a women in early American colonial dress around part of the buildings and then finished with a self tour. The place was beautiful and had historical buildings of different time periods. This place was new to me , which I try to find something new when we come to this area. It was a good history of the Pennsylvania Dutch people.”

“Hooray!! I was rooting for this place since before it opened and after terrible experiences here, I recently heard it has a new owner. I gave it one more try. All I can say is: FIVE STARS FABULOUS! Staff was welcoming and professional, food was delivered timely and hot, as were drinks. THIS is a huge win for our community. Congratulations to new owners. Excellent! (And even though I was just there yesterday, I've decided I'm coming again today for a business lunch!) “My school took our 8th graders to Go'N Bananas and the students had an amazing time! Ashley and her staff assisted our group from greeting us to serving pizza for lunch. Ashley, who possesses superlative customer service skills, was available whenever we needed assistance. Our students really enjoyed all of the attractions, including the ropes course, laser tag, bumper cars, and the climbing space. We will definitely be back next year!”

“I'm a nanny for three kids and have came here two times so far! I personally love it! Admission fee is reasonable and I very much like the fact that the parent/guardian isn't charged for just supervising the younger ones. Most indoor recreational places for kids in Lancaster County make you pay! It's also nice to know, that you can come back that same day if you choose to go somewhere else for lunch, there's no re-entry fee!The pizza here is DELICIOUS and although the Alani is 9.00 here, I willingly pay! Definitely need the caffeine to catch up with the kiddos. Haha!
Of course you have to be aware of your surroundings, due to other kids playing and running around. Also I like the fact that if you're not comfortable with using the provided cubbies for shoes, that there are tables layed out to where you can place them in the spot you're sitting and being confident your things won't be taken! The staff for the most part are helpful and kind. I did take notice that yesterday ( Wednesday August 12th) the one girl did not smile at all. When approaching the counter to buy slushies, she just stared at me and didn't communicate. I told her what I wanted, and she proceeded with the transaction at the register!
No communication, no smile, nothing! I actually had to ask her how much everything was! I know times have changed over the years, and customer service is nothing like it used to be. However, I feel if you work at an establishment and especially one that involves children, you have to be upbeat, lively, and energetic! You have to love your job and when you don't, that negative energy feeds off of others! Regardless of the employee and her mannerisms, I highly recommend this place to others if you want to get your kiddos out of the house and just to have fun! We're definitely coming back and soon! What a great place!!!”
