He responded promptly to my inquiry and provided us with two choices, either of which would have met our needs. With his help, we made a choice and within days he had installed the new machine. “Yesterday I came into the printing center to get help printing a Christmas gift. At the paper center, the was a young girl who was so sweet and had dark long hair. She helped me pick out paper and directed me to print. The store had other customers while I was there but I felt well attended to and the prints turned out amazing. I would recommend this store to any friend, even if you are not tec-savvy because she made it so easy to print.”
“I never have a problem with this location. Normally I make an order online to pick up in store and it's always ready within 20 minutes. This time I had to talk to someone for an issue with an ink cartridge. The person that I talked to was very friendly and solved my problem right away. I was wondering about finding ink cheaper somewhere else like Amazon but I'll keep coming here. It's nice to know if I have another problem, I can just go right to the store to have it solved right away instead of contacting customer service and dealing with shipping the ink back and waiting for more ink along with a refund.”

“We purchased our furniture for the living room and when it was delivered we met two wonderful men. We aren't able to do heavy lifting but these two guys were exceptional! They carried out the old and then placed the new for us. Sorry I didn't get their names. Very pleased with the salesman as well as the delivery men.”
