“Had them service our copiers three times now, and it's been a pleasure working with them every time! We've had issues with toner blowing up in a printer, streaks and splotches in prints, and general questions and have been helped quickly every time for a great price.”
“I never have a problem with this location. Normally I make an order online to pick up in store and it's always ready within 20 minutes. This time I had to talk to someone for an issue with an ink cartridge. The person that I talked to was very friendly and solved my problem right away. I was wondering about finding ink cheaper somewhere else like Amazon but I'll keep coming here. It's nice to know if I have another problem, I can just go right to the store to have it solved right away instead of contacting customer service and dealing with shipping the ink back and waiting for more ink along with a refund.”
