“Ok after today I just have to post a good review about this Weis especially because of Toni she is very nice, kind, caring, cheerful, loving and a great employee at this store not only to the customers but also to her co-workers which I witnessed. My daughter started working here not too long ago but this woman doesn’t know me as her mother no one there does but she greets me as a regular customer because we always meet at the register my point here is this woman made my day with her awesome soul even if the register machine did not like me today lol she assisted in helping me a few times with a smile and a great humor. Jobs need more of her, she is awesome at customer service, she’s a keeper. God bless you!”

“The service I received recently from an associate & manager, is what prompted me to write this review.
The associate took the time to try to help me find a product, and when they couldn't, they didn't just say sorry we don't have it... They double checked with the manager, and because it was out of stock in their store, called another store to check for the product for me . This was a level of customer service that seemed to be long gone, but I truly appreciated it. Thank you for making my shopping experience so much better, and I definitely will be visiting your store again!”

“They did an excellent job completing an Rx for our cat. We were given a liquid medicine at the vet and we’re supposed to squirt it along his gums. Better said than done.
I called them on a Friday morning and had the script ready in the afternoon. And the best part…it’s transdermal so we just rub the gel in the cats ear. So much easier than squirting liquid medicine in the cats mouth

“They are fast, friendly, and professional with excellent prices, easy and reliable text message refill system, and they answer their phones reliably and quickly! I also feel my personal health information is safe with Walmart and I've had a flawless experience with insurance covering my medications, and with them quickly requesting refills from my doctor quickly, efficiently, seamlessly and seemingly instantly. I like that the payment security is the same as buying things at Walmart (vs. some other system that could be hacked) and if I had an insurance gap the med prices would be less than a hundredth of what they might be elsewhere.”

“Pharmacists are the best. Patient with my questions and offer me alternatives. The store is fine. Only 2 negative things. The carts are NEVER wiped down and they are not charged for use. I am disabled and need to be secure. Second, Boars Head lunchmeat is the best. Carry this please Giant Food isn't close but worth the gasoline just to buy Boars Head meat. So, the Pharmacy is why I am a loyal customer.”
“All the staff at this pharmacy bend over backwards for their customers every day! I just realized today that I never have made a review for them and they deserve many. They have always been kind, curious, helpful, caring and personable. People forget the staff including the Pharmacist are caught in the middle of Dr's (Providers) drug reps and thier customers. The staff know their jobs and are incredibly effective and efficient at thier jobs. I am a long time customer and I truly appreciate each of the staff @ Union Community Pharmacy.

“So I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like I almost had to after stopping in today. I came in while I was working and I needed to find a wrist brace for a sprained wrist. The gentleman that helped me name was Juan, I'm not sure his exact position at the store but I believe he may be a manager. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure I was helped and helped right. I wasn't trying to be an annoying customer but I definitely was trying on multiple different wrist braces until finally the last one I selected was perfect. He never once seem annoyed. And then after all that when I went to pay I noticed I didn't have my phone on me which is how I pay, he helped look in the store until I finally realized it was still outside in my car?. Regardless, A++++ for this guy, not only a great employee but a great person as well!”
“Customer service is always professional and knowledgeable. The couriers that deliver my medicine monthly are all so pleasant. I have a regular nurse. Gregg is amazing. He is pleasant, professional and works with me to time out the infusion at a time of day that works for me. My only complaint is the billing department. They don't resolve any billing issues. I've had many. Still do.”
