Best Red Wing location for sure. Only one i go to, even though it's 5 hours away. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff member who normally helps me when I'm there is Cheyann, thanks to her help these are the only boots I wear. Best customer service I've seen anywhere. Definitely worth the trip.

This is hands down the best store I've ever been in with the best customer service. Cheyann is an absolute joy to talk to and to help you with all of your shoe needs. I drive five hours one way just to go to this store multiple times a year. Red Wing in Lancaster has earned my business for life.
