Friendly location. The grocery stock is sometimes low, but it's super convenient and I love that we have a drug store in downtown Lancaster. The staff is always nice and I feel welcomed upon entering.

Employees are knowledgeable, nice & helpful! Unfortunately the store shelves are so empty it's become a joke. I'm lucky if I can find 10-25% of what I walk in to buy. They might as well fold this location as well and allow a better business to use this prime location.

I stopped using CVS because of all the dumb regulations they have above federal ones. In doing so, I switched to Rite Aid and won't be looking back. I never have any issues getting my prescriptions filled and never have to wait long. All of the store employees are always very friendly and helpful, as well.
