Takes forever just for one task, they cant understand simple things/questions, all they do is chit chat, they have no idea what they are doing

S&T has as a whole below average customer service and will absolutely not go out of their way to assist you as a customer. If you’re looking for good customer service I suggest you go elsewhere!

I discovered a fraudulent charge on my account and was basically told there was nothing S&T Bank could do. The representative was extremely rude and offered no solution but instead tried to shift blame to me. I’ve since changed banks. Don’t bank here. I’ve had multiple issues in the short time I’ve been a customer.
