A friend of mine forwarded me a truck they had on their lot. I read many 5 Star reviews and then there were a few 1 star reviews. I then messaged Remon late Saturday around 10:30pm, not expecting to hear anything back. He PROMPTLY messaged me back and let me know all the details and we ended the conversation by 11:30pm, agreeing I’d be up there by 11am to test drive it.
Monday morning, heading up there 2 hrs away , my van got a flat. I messaged Remon and Marco. They were so very kind, held the truck for me 45 minutes beyond our agreed upon time.
Marco let me test drive it , as well as have Pep Boys assess it before I purchased it. The emergency brake had an issue and the towing pig tail needed to be checked. They fixed it all!
