Never received a final notice for my package but they sent it back within a week because it was labeled as priority. Crazy that they’ll hold it for less time when you pay EXTRA to receive it

5 days total and my package was still in Pennsylvania what happened?
Package showed stalled at this location for 3 days and did not move. So 31 may 2025 I took my USPS receipt and took a ride to the location, The woman at the counter was nice to me and she paged someone to come out and help me to see if they could tell me or find out what has happened to my package after 3 days showing in that location. I stepped off to the side and patiently waited.
First guy came out took my information and made a copy of things and said he would go look and asked if my package had a battery I said yes, so that gave him a start on what area to look for it ..
He did not find it, 20 minutes later another guy came out with another paper and he said he would also go look for it.
25 minutes later I was called to the side window where a 3rd gent was going to go look for it...
He came back in about 15 minutes and we talked about where the package was heading and he took my name and phone number and told me he would call me by the end of shift either way.
2 hours later I got a call, and he found my package.
USPS did their job and loaded it onto a truck heading west, that is where he found it. He sated the truck has sat in the lot packed for 3 days because the sub contractor refused the load for some unknown reason. He said I can come back down, and meet him at the window to get my package just bring my Id and original receipt.
I took a ride down with my original receipt and my Id and was able to recover my package.
He said he dug through a truck with thousands of packages to get mine recovered!!
So for me this place gets 5 stars they spent a few hours to resolve my issue..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Why bother having a local phone number if you're not going to answer the damn thing. Don't give the excuse we all were busy. I've call 54 times in 30 minutes. You're not that busy someone can't answer the damn phone. Not only can you not deliver packages correctly but you're that dysfunctionally run business that you can't answer a phone.You need to do better in all aspects of business oh wait it's the government nevermind what was I thinking. Hope you all have the day you deserve.

Bharat is the worst. He is very sarcastic and rude as hell. I don't know why the United States Post Office hired him. He is definitely not a people's person.

I had good and sub par experience. The bad experience is related with customer service especially in passport section it seems they are either burn out or rude.I understand the work load and crappy pay but clients should be treated with respect.Better to use Fedex passport service with extrapay and respect.
