We had a very disappointing experience this evening at the VZW in Park City Mall. A young man offered almost no help to my employee that needed help activating a phone that we paid for through Apple. He would not even begin to assist since them because this is a business account. My employee asked him to contact the account owner VIA the cell phone number listed on my Verizon account but he refused. I tried to call the store but got transferred to the 800 customer service. I provided business customer service with my PIN and authorized VIA the link that was sent to me VIA txt and they could handle it over the phone. The bottom line is that this is something that could have been dealt with without me being present but instead this young man took the easy way out and said I can't help you. A more accurate response would have been I do not want to be bothered to help you and see if we can call someone to assist you. I have been a VZW client for about 27yr and customer service has been slowly decreasing as time goes on. As a business client, I need to know that VZW will do everything possible to make our relationship easy and mutually beneficial. Please do better going forward.

My husband’s phone took a bit of a dip in the Gulf of Mexico while on vacation, so upon return he was in need of a new phone. We tried the Apple Store initially, but the only options for payment both required a hard credit check and couldn’t be financed with Verizon, our carrier.
Deciding to avoid that hassle, we went to the Verizon in the mall. I must say this was probably the smoothest experience I’ve ever had with a Verizon store. Sophia was the most down to earth person and guided us through the entire experience with expertise and calmness. The people before us even hyped her up when leaving the store. Got us set up with a new phone and a pretty significant discount for the iPhone 15 Pro.
Solid experience for a situation that was slightly stressful and unplanned. Def recommend.

During my Verizon trip Nathaniel was more than helpful. He was able to help me transfer my information from one watch to another. I am beyond appreciative for his effort to help and even going above and beyond to stay past closing. Would highly recommend!

He knows his products inside and out, is patient, and takes the time to work with you to find just the right solution for your needs. We walked in a bit bewildered about how best to add a new iPhone for our daughter to our account after years of being an Android-only family, but Greg pointed us to a great solution and made the whole transition process easy and seamless. We can’t thank him enough!

Had the most lovely conversation and interactions with the sales associate! I didn't even mind the time it took to switch over my device. She even found a way for my bill to be decreased while buying a new phone.

Gregory explained that my old phone was kaput, set me up w/a new one, and had me out in less than a half hour. Good guy...good service...and best of all...no pressure.
