While I appreciated the support systems behind him that ultimately made the deal work to where I would sign it... the golden egg was Joel.. Having people like him on the front lines really make an impression. Though I'm sure everyone else there was committed and dedicated, it was him who truly made me choose Keller Bros over what seemed like endless other dealers in Lancaster County.”

“I had two relatively new tires on the passenger side of my car that suddenly weren’t holding air. I thought maybe I had hit a curb at some point and damaged the tires, or worse, bent my rims. I took my car to Goods and, lo and behold, they found a nail in each tire. A lot of garages would have tried to sell me two new tires, but Goods patched the holes and got me out the door for less than a hundred bucks. Appreciate it!”

“M & R saved me! I'm from out of town and the weird 5 point intersection in front of the shop was overgrown with weeds. In the middle of a turn, another car was flying down one of the other points and looked like they weren't going to stop. I braked, lost sight of the end of the curb, and slammed the edge hard enough to rip open one tire and damage another.
Luckily, M&R was literally right there. I walked over, saw Meredith, and explained the situation. She looked at my wheels immediately and took me back to the service center. They texted me a quote within 10 minutes, and were kind, courteous and honest, and had new tires on within a few hours. If it had to happen, I'm so glad it happened right in front of M & R!”
