“I recently had my vehicle inspected at Pin Oak Service Center, and I couldn't be more impressed with Matt Groff's professionalism and efficiency. “I took my car in with a check engine light. They did some diagnostics on it and figured out the problem. Gave me an estimate with a detailed description of the problem they found along with some preventative maintenance they figured they’d take care of while doing work to the engine. At first i was hesitant because the estimate was over what i could afford and was willing to pay. I took the estimate and tried comparing it to other car garages in the area, to no avail. A lot of places didn’t want to touch the engine to my car.
I went back to them saying what they estimated was over what I could afford and was willing to pay so they sent me an estimate of only the necessary work needed done. At that point I was on board with the idea of taking care of everything they had suggested at first since I was going to be spending a good bit on the repairs. I emailed them asking if they could send another estimate closer to what the original one looked like and this time it was almost $500 cheaper than the original one! I approved it and they had the work done in 2 days!
… after two days of having it back the check engine light came back on giving me the same issues as before. I took it in again and they had it back to me after a day, no charge!
I really appreciate this place for doing the work no one really wanted to around area. Staff was polite and easy to interact with. Will be taking my car back here in the future for sure. Highly recommend!!!”

“I called to have my review mirror replaced. The same day I got an estimate, I had service scheduled for 3 days later. It was done within 6 hours. The receptionist and auto body employee were very informative. The price they quoted me was reasonable but the actual price was about $60 cheaper. This is my third time using this auto body service.”
“Can’t praise this shop enough. Had them do a PPI for a used car being sold at a local dealer. They coordinated the inspection and quickly provided a detailed report giving the car a clean bill of health. We bought the car which indeed turned out excellent. A couple weeks later I happened to find a rare sports car in the same area (we live in north NJ) so arranged a PPI. The owner showed up with the car and the transmission had failed. Heistand immediately phoned me to report this and ask (really tell me) I shouldn’t proceed with the PPI and to avoid this car as it possibly needed tens of thousands in repairs. Dodged a bullet - thank you Heistand!”

“After using another Lancaster County GM dealer for over 20 years we switched to Hondru and have been very pleased with both sales and the service department. We are excited for our new (everything we wanted on it) Chevrolet Trax ACTIV in Yellow.
Hondru did a thorough check systems for my purchase (2002 Corvette Convertible) from another Corvette guy. It sat in his garage for 2 years and I needed a confirmation about it's condition. They found a burned out headlight motor (and suggested that I should buy one online, and gave me some websites that might have it). They also found a small leak in front left shock that did not need replacement right away.
The honesty and help with my new purchase (2002 with 23,535 miles) was as expected from other visits. They became my Chevrolet dealer when I purchased a 2024 Trax Activ in May 2023.
If you want an honest and respectful dealership for your Chevy services, Hondru Chevrolet will always be my choice.”

“Originally I went to AJ'S auto in Manheim for a regular inspection. They quoted me $1300 for new rotors, brake pads, tags & labor which I thought was ridiculous. So I decided get a second opinion, which I'm glad I did. H&S auto was right down the road on manheim pike. They were fast and friendly. They passed my vehicle and told me that all my rotors were fine. My back brakes had a couple of months left on them and would need to be fixed soon. I'm glad I went there, for it's now my new go-to shop, for all my repairs.
