“So im going to put 5 stars because they are so much better then penndel but not fuly better. I absolutely love my therapist and my kids love theirs but they cant help with family court to protect your kids thats just absolutely insane to me.. If your kids are having a crisis they wont write more then one doctor note which is ridiculous to me they want the primary doctor to write the note when the primary doctor is not treating them for their mental health!!!!! Because these are children really young children we are talking about that are really struggling but family services refuses to help? Its a damn letter!. And im furious! Penndel i NEVER HAD an issue getting letters for court or any letter i needed. Are you sure your there for kids? And safety for them physically and mentally? Therapist says one thing knows what's going on knows the crisis. Says she'll write notes but family services says no. Not the therapists fault at all so im not mad at her. Shes one of my favorites their but Its bull. Other then that its clean and friendly people !! Especially lisa in the office shes the best!!! So friendly! Very caring! Deserves a raise!”

“I wanted to take a moment to share our heartfelt experience with the Woods System of Care Rehabilitation Center, where my grandchild Leo has been living for the past year. Initially, I had my doubts after reading various reviews online, unsure if this was the right place for him. After spending six months in the hospital across four different stays and enduring numerous emergency room visits, our family was desperate for a solution. Leo, who is severely nonverbal and has significant health issues alongside his autism, exhibited numerous challenging behaviors that posed risks to himself and those around him.

However, my perspective shifted dramatically when Leo began his journey at Woods. From the moment we reached out, the compassionate staff made it their priority to ensure he was well taken care of. Their structured program has been nothing short of transformative. I can hardly believe how far Leo has come; he went from experiencing 4 to 6 self-injurious behaviors daily to having them only once a week or, in many cases, none at all. This remarkable progress speaks volumes about the effectiveness of their higher structure program, tailored to meet the needs of kids like Leo.

Woods provided Leo with specialized support that we simply couldn’t find in any hospital or home care service in New Jersey, where options for HHA and respite services are limited. The structured environment, combined with the dedicated care from the staff, allowed Leo to thrive in ways I never imagined possible. During this challenging time, they didn’t just treat Leo; they embraced him and our family.

One particular moment that touched my heart was when one of the caregivers asked me to remember Leo and keep him in our hearts. It highlighted the genuine care and commitment they have toward not only Leo but also our entire family dynamic. Knowing that he is surrounded by such supportive individuals has alleviated much of our worry.

Woods has become a beacon of hope for Leo, and I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact they have had on his life and our family. If you are considering Woods for your loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you, Woods, for the remarkable work you do. You have truly changed our lives for the better.”
