I came to pay my bill at the register. I'm happy I came through a time and it wasn't too busy. VALERIE helped me. I walked around afterwards to see some of the specials ! Great staff. Very helpful. I'm a fan of Macys.

It's sad to see this store go downhill. Drive up and the landscaping is all overgrown and shabby. Walk in and the store is dreary and unappealing. I couldn't wait to get out of there, low inventory, small staff, just not a place you want to stay and look around at all.

don't go to the purfume section at macy the lady that was working their was not looking forward to selling or helping me with any of the purfume choices. she seem upset to why did i walk up to her and ask for help um.. maybe because you work there....
