This dude was aces-he understood my urgency and found a perfect suit that matches and looks great on my particularly difficult to buy for frame and build. His professionalism and calmness helped me to remain calm about the fact I had to wear this thing in a little less than 20 hours. I highly recommend anyone that needs a new suit or someone with knowledge and great customer service to talk to Dylan at the Jos A Bank in Flowers Mill. You won't regret it. “I read all the negative reviews that were left for this establishment but I can honestly say I beg to differ, my experience was nothing like the individuals who left the negative reviews, I got the vibe that the owner values his time and doesn't want it to be wasted but in all honesty what business professional or someone who's about their business wants their time to be wasted, my suit and alterations came back in a timely fashion, the prices were reasonable and I felt satisfied with my purchase after I left the store.”

“I visit this Macy's often because I work near the Oxford Valley Mall. I like that it is pretty clean and well organized. The kids section has a great selection of Ralph Lauren clothes and the handbag section carries the top brands. You can beat the Macy's sales on high end brands for women and men's.”

“I stopped into this location last weekend to search for a suit for an upcoming wedding. I only walked in a few steps before I was greeted by Tony, who asked me if I needed any assistance. I explained that I was attending a semi-formal event but had little knowledge in how I should dress for the occasion and any recommendations from him would be greatly appreciated. Sure enough, he spent the next hour helping me pick out a nice suit and accessories within my budget. I felt very comfortable working with him and didn't feel pressured to spend more than I needed to. I have some alterations to made this week and I hope that the fit is perfect, but I can absolutely say I would recommend Tony if you need a hand at this location. Patience goes a long way as a customer, and this man has it.”
