When I first started taking my fur baby there they took sometimes 3 hours! No rush jobs! my small 12 week old puppy needed rest time in between the grooming steps to be sure she was comfortable and not to scare her. Now she is done faster because of the care taken in the beginning of her grooming experience! You ladies are true professionals 🐾💕

From our initial phone call, the front desk, and speaking with the doctor, amongst other staff, they were able to make a stressful experience more comfortable. They treated my dog promptly, demonstrated strong and empathetic communication skills, and ensured my pet returned home safely. The follow up text the next day was also appreciated. Although my pet is now safe and healthy, knowing they were available for follow up questions made a big difference compared to my experience at other emergency vet locations. Great work!

600 E Lincoln Hwy, LanghorneMy dog absolutely loves pet castle. He has a whole life, with dog and human friends we don't know anything about. But I know it makes him happy. We take him to daycare and we have also boarded him on a few occasions, one of those being a 10 day trip to Ireland. He came wore out and happy as can be. He knows exactly where he's going as soon as you ask him if he wants to go to school and he will whine the entire way there. They are amazing! And we absolutely love that they post pictures all day on their Facebook page so we can see how he's doing while out of town.

The girls on the phone were so helpful with assuring me of the level of care they'd get while there. During their stay all staff members were so happy to keep updated which made leaving them so much easier. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!
