228 North Sycamore Street, NewtownI switched to Sycamore vet after the disastrous outcome from my experience with Holland vet. Update: Melody had to be put down last month due to atrophy in her legs brought on by the Chloramphenicol prescribed by Dr. Carey. Since changing to Sycamore Vet my experience was fantastic. Dr. Weiss was excellent in caring for my little girl. Most recently, I received a card in the mail signed by every one at Sycamore vet sending their condolences. It was unexpected and absolutely appreciated. I just remember when Melody was being to show signs of arthritis. Dr. Weiss prescribed a couple meds which almost immediately resolved the symptoms. Can't say enough abt my positive experience with Sycamore other than to say I wish I'd taken her there sooner. Excellent group of people at Sycamore. If I ever decided to get another dog I would most definitely bring her here. Thanks!

107 Penns Trail, NewtownWe had a wonderful experience with Dr. Glenn Robbins at Newtown Veterinary Hospital. We brought both of our dogs in for dental cleanings, one needing two extractions. I was so nervous about this surgery, it is just so hard to leave your pups anywhere for surgery, I knew that I had to find the right person. As soon as I met Dr. Robbins I suspected that he was just that. He is through, competent and he was very gentle with my dogs (so important for a surgeon). The whole team is very compassionate and professional. I had total confidence with this team and I was right because my dogs did great. They slept all night, eating just fine and no apparent pain or blood, they are tired but that is to be expected. They were not even mad at me! I know there are a lot of reviews saying this hospital is expense but I found them to be only a very little higher, this is because your pet will get exceptional care and to me my pups are well worth it! Exceptional care is not free!

NewtownPete has been great with my reactive small dog. Walking her was not a pleasant experience. She pulled on her leash and went ballistic if she saw another dog. In just one visit Pete was able to correct her behavior and mine. Having the tools and knowledge that Pete provided has made walks with my dog something I now look forward to. Pete focused on her barking during his second visit. He has made a positive impact in such a short time. I highly recommend Pete!

550 Washington Crossing Road, NewtownHave been very happy sending our dog to sit and stay. You can tell the owners care a lot about the dogs and you don’t have to worry. My dog can be quite shy and wary of new people and within her first 3 visits she went from nervous and scared getting dropped off to wagging her tail and running to see the staff. We have done multiple daycare and overnights and it has been great every time.

The thin pizza is outstanding, the cheesesteaks are just as good as any in the area and the pasta dishes are delicious too! Always great service and it’s always super clean! Love this place!

Just looking at the chicken you can tell it is flavorful and well seasoned. Even after my 25 minute drive home, the tater tots and fried chicken were still hot and crispy! I can't wait to come back for more!
