“Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). “My fiance Victoria and I just bought a used 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Not even 2 months later the torque converter went and destroyed a few other main components of the transmission. We were referred to This shop by my uncle that owns his own automotive shop and said that Vince's is the only place he trusts sending his customers transmissions. We took his advice and called Vince's and they said to bring the car in Monday morning. We got the car towed to the shop and I wanna say that Lance from Vince's (the office guy) literally kept us updated the entire time the car was being worked on. He probably called us about every other day just to keep us in the loop. Which I thought was awesome. I have bad anxiety so that definitely helped. We just picked the car up today and it feels brand new. So I just wanna say thank you for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT WORK. Explained everything to me that needed to get done and the severity of the issues. Didn't try to upsell me one bit. “Today was my first time going to see Dennis. I told him how much I needed to have my car serviced today in order to go into work Monday. He ordered the parts needed for my car and spent all day fixing it so that I could have it up and running for Monday. His prices were fair and I can tell he was compassionate which is what we need in this world. His wife was also so friendly they gave me a box of Girl Scout cookies for my service! So wonderful I will certainly be bringing my car back to him!”

“After a horrible experience at a local dealership I took my truck to JS Performance. Josh was straight forward with what would be needed for the suspension repair. He offered stock shocks and upgrade ride height lift shocks. Small price difference, so I went with the upgrade to also level the truck. Yes once on the lift to replace the shocks, there were other unknown issues with the suspension that were promptly brought to my attention and I needed to replace those issues also, to get the complete repair I was looking for. They completed all repairs/upgrade and on top of those, gave my truck a look over and gave me suggestions for other upgrades/repairs to help try to eliminate future issues with my truck. I left extremely happy with the completed work on my truck! Because of them going above and beyond with their customer service, thier all around knowledge of a wide variety of vehicles from daily drivers to race cars, and their no BS just to "money grab" like a dealership, I will be taking my truck back to them for everything needed! Knowing my truck is in a real professionals hands and mechanics that are actually looking to keep your vehicle in top shape, no matter what you use it for. You want a trusted, no BS mechanic?
