“Wow. Great selection of tools and very kind owner. Considering the prices for vintage woodworking tools (hand planes in particular) have skyrocketed in the last few years I feel the prices were very reasonable. I picked up a near mint no. 7 Stanley which are hard to come by and a couple of Stanley jack planes that were missing parts and needing some clean up. I’m not a collector but I like to restore them and use them if they’re salvageable.Gone are the days of easily finding super cheap Stanley’s, but if you want to support a local business with a rich history, if you want a fair price, and if you want to talk to an experienced craftsman, you’ll love this place.”

Everything is nicely photographed with a detailed description. It’s a good idea to have a plan before you arrive. The place is a bit overwhelming.”

I would say some things seemed to be pricey but they had cheaper items as well, plus some booths have sales and the store has sales as well! Friendly staff too!”
