“Charles is my new car guy! For years I've purchased nice, older model Lincolns and usually pretty much know what I want. Sometimes buying a car is a real chore to have to deal with the different personalities involved but not this time. I could immediately tell Charles was a straight up guy that understands the car business and wants to make a deal that makes sense for both the customer and for Bergeys, which of course should be the goal. We drove a bunch of different cars before settling on an MKC which is perfect! I love my older MKZ but when it finally wears out I know where I will be going... all I have to do is stop in and see Charles and he'll set me up! Highly recommend this dealership!”

After diagnosis it took a week to obtain the parts (they’re at the mercy of suppliers) and they performed 5k worth of work in a timely manner. The truck rides much better and doesn’t leak. They are busy for a reason. They even washed it when done. John the service manager truly cares about customers and was willing to call me after his schedule was over. Highly recommend.”

“I was driving all week with a broken passenger side turn signal- between the rain, my work schedule and it getting dark at 5 pm, I just couldn't get it done. So finally on my day off I was in the Lansdale area and had some time to kill waiting for another business to open and decided to do a Google search of auto repair "near me" that was open on a Sat and found Randazzo's. I called and they said they could squeeze me in. I arrived and the mechanic took my keys and drove my vehicle inside- clean, nice equipment, multiple bays. In and out for $20 bucks. That $20 isn't going to make them rich, but they definitely have a new customer if I'm in that area again for repair or a vehicle inspection before buying.”

I looked this business up online, read the reviews, and then I called and spoke to the owner via phone to see if his business would be able to do the repair I needed right away. The owner was kind, and professional. My car was towed to this business and two and a half hours later my car was back up and running with my new starter!This business was kind, professional, and so efficient. The process was straightforward/simplified and smooth. Pricing was reasonable. It's pretty much a "what you see is what you get" experience. Which may not be something often encountered when purchasing a car, or dealing with a salesman. They stood behind their cars and believe in their work as mechanics. A few days after purchase I, for some peace of mind, did have an external mechanic take a look at the vehicle. The second mechanic found the car to overall be in good shape. And any minor concerns I had lansdale speed motor took care of for me. I appreciated that. All in all a good experience. (Note: this review was written within a week of purchase)”
