“I brought my car to Monro for an oil change. The technician working on my car called me and said that I needed four new tires. At first, I thought this was just another attempt to make more money off me. But the technician insisted that the tread was very worn. I consented to the new tires, and when I went to pick up the car, the technician showed me my old tires which were almost bald. I was so glad he recommended changing them before I left for vacation. I was very happy with the service I received today.”

“I was driving all week with a broken passenger side turn signal- between the rain, my work schedule and it getting dark at 5 pm, I just couldn't get it done. So finally on my day off I was in the Lansdale area and had some time to kill waiting for another business to open and decided to do a Google search of auto repair "near me" that was open on a Sat and found Randazzo's. I called and they said they could squeeze me in. I arrived and the mechanic took my keys and drove my vehicle inside- clean, nice equipment, multiple bays. In and out for $20 bucks. That $20 isn't going to make them rich, but they definitely have a new customer if I'm in that area again for repair or a vehicle inspection before buying.”

“I'm definitely going to come back to these guys and set up some Dyno time in the future. I came in after The Ford dealership destroyed my clutch with a botched install which seems kind of purposeful. Thanks a lot. Ciocca Ford but PSI performance basically resurrected my focus ST. They were the most transparent mechanic I have ever dealt with. These guys are not slouches. Your turnaround was lightning fast way faster than it would have been practically anywhere. And we're talking a full clutch, plus a cracked trans case. They included pictures of everything which is awesome because I may be taking the Ford dealer to small claims court. They even helped me with the warranty on my clutch. -the Ford dealership had installed a competition clutch stage 2 organic full face clutch and flywheel and botched the hell out of it so terribly that it cooked itself in 60 days. If I could id leave them 6 stars”

“Although they were unable to fix my issues with my older Hyundai, they definitely went the distance to try to uncover the problem to the best of their abilities. Hyundai cars are a difficult thing and very picky on parts as in aftermarket vs. Oem. However, we will Definitely return for future repairs on our vehicles and gladly recommend the shop for it's extremly wonderful communication throughout the process and letting me know they did everything they could. Dave is a wonderful person to work with. All the employees were surprisingly pleasant to speak with, you dont always get that kind of welcoming or enthusiasm when checking your vehicle in for a repair. In times that are stressful with your vehicles issues, having a pleasant experience with awesome communication definitely goes the extra mile! Thanks again mr.tire and dave who helped us. See ya soon we'll, hopefully not lol. Nobody wishes repairs on themselves just to see a mechanic lol... I'm definitely recommending you guys to like everyone ik.”
