“LONG TIME OVERDUE. I would like to give a 5 star salute to Mall Auto Service...particularly Mr. Matt. I came in with what I thought was a problem. Mr. Matt could have easily exploited my naiveness and limited car knowledge. He didn't! Instead he told me that I didn't need the work I thought I needed. He said I can do it and take your money but I won't because that is not good business! In all my life I have only had a one hand full of businesses that actually care about the consumers they service and Mall Auto Service and Mr. Matt is on that list. “Amazing and the best! My car was 3/4 a car when I got rear-ended earlier this month with wires dangling near the back tire. Super unsafe to drive for work or to leave unfixed. I dropped off the car and they really revived my vehicle. It was repaired, painted and cleaned; even the inside got detailed! Jeanine was also a sweetheart and was very informative and went out her way to ensure my rental was available for me right after the drop off. They gave me the 5 star treatment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“My husband and I used to take our vehicle to the Norristown dealer, because we bought them there, every time we went, it was a catastrophe, always something, the people there are just plain ignorant, which is why, among other things, we started going to Lansdale jeep, let me just say, from the time we walked through the door in the service department, it was wonderful, very nice and respectful, talked to us and handle a problem that was looked at from the other dealer, and fixed it!
