“I was traveling from out of town and ran into car issues. I took the car to Hink’s. They were so amazing and found the issue. Had a chance to meet the owner while I was there. He and his team are some of the finest people ever and they take customer service very seriously. They gave me a loaner while they were diagnosing the issue instead of making me sit there which is the only way I could go visit my daughter in college. If you’re in North Wales, Hink’s should be on the top of your list for car services.”

“2 months ago I was in an accident, and I went to Caliber Collision for the repairs. From the very beginning, they were awesome! I went in to make an appointment for an estimate, and within a few days they not only had me in for the estimate, but they got the repairs started. Adam kept me up to date during the entire process. But unfortunately after they got started, they realized that the damage was worse than we originally thought, and the car was deemed a total loss. They did not rush me to come clean my car out, and they let me know I did not have to rush because they knew I had a lot going on. They did everything they could to help me. Fast forward 2 months, I have a new car and it gets side swiped while I'm at the doctor's office. Of course I contacted Caliber Collision, and I was able to get an estimate the very same day. This happened on a Wednesday, and by that Friday, they had my car in the shop, and it was finished by that following Wednesday! And when I say they did a spectacular job, I am not exaggerating! You couldn't find where the damage was with a magnifying glass! Not only that, they detailed it to look better than when I brought it in! And then when Adam pulled my car around, he noticed the display saying the key fob battery was low, and he put a new battery in it for me! And before I forget, the young lady(sorry I w get your name) who is their service advisor was so nice and extremely helpful! I'd recommend Caliber Collision without any hesitation! 5 stars all the way!”

“Excellent work at a fair price. Had transmission fluid changed in my Honda but was shocked at the cost when I went to pay bill. Next day I called Honda dealer to ask what they charge; was quoted a much lower price. Called Mike at Tires, etc and explained the situation. He felt certain Honda had misquoted their price however, Mike agreed to refund me what I had paid Tires, etc; ($256).
Upon further investigation, I found out Honda charges $100 more than Tires,etc;
I did not take the refund from Tires, etc because they charged a fair price for excellent work but their willingness to do so rather than lose me as a customer has made me a customer for life!”
