We phoned back in after a couple months with concerns that our bed wasn’t breaking in as much as we hoped. Larry guided us through a few methods of accelerating the process so that we could be certain of the need for an exchange by the deadline.
Near the end of the exchange window, we went back to reassess our choice and decided to upgrade a similar bed with slightly better-for-us properties that we had glazed over previously (I had largely written off foam mattresses). Kevin and Austin, the installers, got right to it. The work they did was absolutely beautiful! They cleaned up and one wouldn’t have known they were there! Austin explained all the workings to me, again, with patience. The staff in the office helped arrange things.The products I purchased and had installed are going to be PERFECT for the coming winter. The insert will be a large room heater, the logs will take the chill off and make it cozy in 2 rooms.

From true antiques to more modern pieces, if Bucks County has it for sale, it is always well made from solid wood and excellent craftmanship. The sheer volume of the inventory is greater than any modern furniture store and you never have to wait months for some cookie cutter factory to make and deliver what you want. If you want the materials and workmanship that existed in past generations, I'd take a look.”
“While we initially called to confirm a 3p arrival to the showroom for the following day and then were locked out of entry due to the sales staff having an emergency, and a 50 min roundtrip yielded no progress in our ongoing search for a full-service fireplace team, the rest of our experience with Ambler fireplace was good. Fred and Chris were both very friendly and put us at ease, while Tom and Tom provided us with all the answers we needed to be confident in our use of the newest and greatest heat source for our family room. “Bondi Furniture is great! We needed to replace our sofa after our puppy destroyed our existing one. We tried several of the big name stores, with no luck. I despise furniture shopping. Poor quality, not my style, overly priced, and annoying sales people. I found Bondi by doing a Google search for stores in the area, so we stopped by to take a look. Mike was awesome! We found three sofas we liked, narrowed it down to two, and eventually picked the one we wanted.It was a comfortable environment. No pressure. We chatted with Mike as we sat on the sofas to test them for comfort. We explained our situation and price range for a replacement. He showed us the details and pointed out the differences in the two we liked. We weighed the pros and cons, went over the quality of the materials of the two we liked, and found the one that suited our needs.Delivery was quick and easy. Mike and John were friendly and professional.Once confirmed that the pup is definitely out of his destructive stage, we'll be back to replace the other one. I highly recommend Bondi!(The nondestructive pup and the cat enjoy the comfort of the new, in-tact couch!)”
“Always great service, the sales people don't hover over you or follow you around. They greet you when you walk in and ask if they can help you find anything. They're always around if you have questions but again they don't breathe down your neck which is very much appreciated. Shout out to Greg & Dominic at this location. Dominic was fantastic but he's still new there so Greg helped with the transaction on their computer system. They were both amazing. This is my 2nd time shopping at this store for a large order and both times were great! Thank you Dominic & Greg!”
“A really nice couple that helped me out. I took a piece of laminate to them that I needed cut down, I did not call ahead, I just drove there. It was a Monday and they were closed, however I just happen to catch them. Roger's wife greeted me and I explained I was looking for someone that could cut this piece of laminate so I didn't screw it up, I only had one piece and I did not have the right tools to cut it. She said that Roger would be off the phone in a few minutes and he would take a look. Roger was extremely friendly and said he could do it the next day. I went to pick it up this afternoon and asked "What do I owe you?". She said "He said don't worry about it, it took him 2 minutes" In today's world you don't find business owners like this. They have a really nice shop full of decorations, I am going to return with my wife to purchase something.”
