Unprofessional and lazy. They lost a business account I was looking to ad with them. A horrible first impression. Which only means they will be a miserable fit for anyone.

they allowed $500 in fees to be charged b/c Planet fitness kept trying to hit an account which I had not used in months. neither @planetfitness nor Key bank cares that the $500 I finally got and needed was immediately stolen by key Bank. Well correction.....they gave me 38.50 back. Which I anticipate being gone tomorrow

I have always had a good experience with this bank and branch and this review will continue to exist if that positive experience is maintained.

I don't usually need to go in to handle my finances but was experiencing an issue with an outside company. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond in my expectations to help me resolve my problem. Thank you!

The customer service is absolutely horrible. I called to find out when the branch would be open. I don’t drive and I don’t do online banking, so I have no options but to use the lobby to conduct my transactions. I called customer service to ask about branch locations and hours. After spending about 10 minutes trying to navigate through the automated system I was greeted by a customer service representative who barely spoke English and didn’t bother to call me by my name. While Courtney is a lovely name, I don’t understand how you get Courtney from Juliet. I explained my situation and I was told that they would be happy to register me for online banking or I could use any drive-through I wanted. I guess I’m supposed to have the transit bus or the rideshare driver take me through the drive up lane at the bank?! I was also told to contact a branch that was well out of my region. I did an online phone number search and found that branch no longer exists. Why do you have phone numbers and information for branches that do not exist on your website? It’s only a matter of time before I will be moving and I can’t wait to find a new bank. I’m sure they won’t put somebody else’s payroll funds into my account and bounce several checks and charge me fees when there is more than enough money in there to cover them. Apparently they have multiple customers with the same account number and can’t keep everything straight. That’s after changing my account numbers at least five times.
